Happy 2nd Birthday Abigail!

 

 Sit down and strap on your safety restraints because this is one wild party!

 

Dig in and get messy because this is the one day you can eat watermelon without mom worrying about clothes and carpets.

After some crazy pool time and all the hot dogs we can handle (Ryan ate 9) it was finally time for Presents!  “Presents!” was a word Abby learned very quickly and shouted out many times during the night.

Abby recieved her first pet from Aunt Kylee. She has a cute little fascination with fish so this was exciting for her.   (I am sad to say that Nemo and Stevo have passed on to a better place.  Shh, Abby still hasn’t noticed.)

 Her very first bike.  She loves it and asks for her bikekel all the time.  Thank you Grammy!

 Time for cupcakes.  Blow out the candles. Wait……..wait your too close………….

Woops! burned lips!  Where was mom on that one?

But once she got a taste of that sweet sweet sugar she forgot all about her casualty.

OK she’s two years old, so what does that mean?  Well I’ll tell you with this fun and fantastic list of “what can Abby do now”.

• Speaks in small sentences (and we can understand her about 70% of the time).
• Wants to do everything her self “Uh self mom” and then “I did it”.
• Loves to color and draw.  Scribbles an excellent replica of Nemo.  Today I made the mistake of leaving her alone with the markers and she covered her entire belly in pink, blue, and purple.
• Went poo for the first time on the potty.  Woohoo!
• Expresses her self at church by growling at people and playing in the curtains.
• Loves Dora and has learned some spanish.
• Labels several letters, numbers, and colors.
• Loves to play peek a boo with Adrianna.
• And my favorite screams and tantrums to try and get what she wants. Rembering all the cute and fun things she does helps me get through this one.
